- "24/7 dispatch" — we maintain hybrid policy: phones 24/7, truck dispatch 8 AM–8 PM. After-hours calls scheduled for first dispatch following morning. Same as our regular emergency service, just with priority + free diagnostic

- Coverage for damage outside HVAC system

What Comfort Club doesn’t include
Honest list:
- Repairs themselves — discount only, you still pay for repairs at reduced rate
- Equipment replacement — Comfort Club doesn’t cover full system replacement
- Damage outside HVAC system — not insurance, won’t cover ducts collapsed by other contractor’s work
- 24/7 dispatch — we maintain phones 24/7 + dispatch 8 AM–8 PM hybrid policy on Gold
- Coverage at other properties — membership is per-address, not per-customer
Why we don’t push Gold on every customer
Honest answer:
- Bronze fits some customers perfectly — single HVAC, light usage, want one tune-up
- Silver fits most customers — typical 2-system home with normal repair frequency
- Gold fits customers with specific situations — multi-system or high-repair-frequency or downtime-critical needs
We don’t get commissions on which tier you choose. The right tier for you depends on what you actually need, not what we want to sell.
